Doyan, a resident of Glendora, is accused of violating a restraining order requiring him to have no contact with the unidentified Crestline woman.
On June 2, the woman notified the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station that she was receiving harassing phone calls, text messages and even packages from Doyan.
The victim began counseling sessions at the DOVES office in Blue Jay. Shortly thereafter, the suspect began sending harassing messages to her DOVES counselor.
After the restraining order was granted, the victim again began receiving messages from the suspect in violation of that order.
The Twin Peaks Major Enforcement Team (MET) obtained a warrant for Doyan's arrest. He was taken into custody at his Glendora residence in the 1200 block of Essex Street on Saturday, June 6, at 1:20 p.m. He was transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked at 4:57 p.m.
The 6-foot, 7-inch electrician was released after posting $25,000 bail at 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, June 7. |
