Caltrans Held Crestline Community Meeting
San Moritz Lodge

Crestline, CA – Caltrans invited Crestline and other mountain residents to participate in a special community meeting to update the public about upcoming roadwork impacting commuters, tourists and local traffic.
The Crestline session began at 6 p.m. May 7 at the San Moritz Lodge located in Lake Gregory Regional Park.

The meeting, hosted by Caltrans spokesperson Dennis Green, will be presentation style with useful information and experienced Caltrans personnel available to answer questions about upcoming roadwork for Highways 18, 38, 138, 173, 189 and 330.
Among the topics to be discussed will be the resurfacing of a portion of Highway 138 between Silverwood Lake and Interstate 15 and the installation of additional guardrails on Highway 18 and other mountain highways.
Caltrans has already staged two community meetings in Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs. The final meeting in the series will be staged at the Milton W. Hofert Hall at the Big Bear Lake Civic Center at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13.
