Firefighter's Pancake Breakfast (Update)A Tradition for 41 Years By Michael P. Neufeld Lake Arrowhead, CA – For the past few weeks, firefighters in the mountain communities brushed up on their flap-jack flipping skills in preparation for the 41st Annual Firefighter's Pancake Breakfast held July 6.

The event, took place 7-10 a.m. in the Bank of America parking lot at Lake Arrowhead Village, and featured pancakes, sausage, eggs, orange juice and milk plus gourmet coffee donated by Starbucks.

Cost of the event was only $5 person and children under six years of age ate for free.

There were opportunity drawings and chances to learn more about the fire equipment utilized by local firefighters.
