Limited Supply of H1N1 Flu Vaccine Available at Hospital

Lake Arrowhead, CA - H1N1 Flu vaccine is available in limited supply at Mountains Community Hospital in Lake Arrowhead. Referrals required from primary care physicians to access the vaccine.

Patients will be referred to the MCH Rural Health Clinic who will administer the vaccines while they last. The Rural Health Clinic is located at 29099 Hospital Road, Suite 200, in the medical building adjacent to Mountains Community Hospital.

Due to the limited supplies, only the following priority groups will be given the H1N1 flu shot:

• Pregnant women,
• People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age,
• Anyone from 6 months through 24 years of age, and
• Health care and emergency medical personnel.
