San Bernardino, CA - Due to the unusually large number of measures and contests for the November 4 Presidential General Election, voters will need to add extra postage to return their vote by mail ballots to the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters.

With mail ballots taking up two pages for this election, ballot return envelopes will require 59¢ postage to accommodate the additional weight.

The Registrar of Voters for San Bernardino County alerted voters about the increased postage necessary through the vote by mail instruction inserts included with the ballot. Vote by mail ballots can also be dropped off at the Registrar of Voters' office any day from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., on Saturday, October 25 or November 1 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., or any polling place on Election Day.

Vote by mail ballot requests should be sent to the Registrar of Voters, 777 East Rialto Avenue, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0770. For more information, call (909) 387-8300 or toll free (800) 881-VOTE or TDD (909) 387-2788.
