Vote By Mail Ballots Require Extra PostageExtra Measures and Contests Add Weight to Ballots By Michael P. Neufeld San Bernardino, CA - Due to the unusually large number of measures and contests for the November 4 Presidential General Election, voters will need to add extra postage to return their vote by mail ballots to the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters.
With mail ballots taking up two pages for this election, ballot return envelopes will require 59¢ postage to accommodate the additional weight.
