How do I contact law enforcement to pick up a druggie in my hood driving an unregistered car? I have called CHP, SHERRIF dispatch when he leaves driving the van and they argue with me on the phone as to how I know its unregistered....well I looked at the date and year on the tags. Can you please remove this tweeker from my neighborhood.

Yep..wooden front lisence plate. I was talking to my mother on my portable phone about my chickens, in my backyard and the guy flew out of the elderly ladies house and screamed " are you talking about me bitch!" I think he said he was rich and I should look him up on TRW to see how much he was worth. Does he have enough for insurance and registration??? Tweekers are all alike their brains are fried and are out of touch with reality.

I try to ignore it..him.. and figure the sheriff will catch up with it sooner or later..they did not catch the other guy but after they swooped down on the house with guns drawn a few times he finnally dissappeared. But he is a fugitive according to the Superior Court website. The guy with the white van is just a needle user, trying to obtain them under false pretenses,and opium pipe in possession, and controlled substance, and numerous other minor offenses like assault and drugs....You can look up peoples criminal history and read the minutes and probation reports on line through the co website.
