Here are some photos from the Castle Rock Trail in Big Bear. This is a fairly short, easy hike--about a mile in and a mile back--but it can be a huge workout if you want it to be because it's so steep and in the middle you can scramble rocks all day if you want. We did that today on a family outing, and I took a few photos to share along the way.

Spectacular as always Lee. Have you guys hiked Cougar Crest yet? Nice hike.
I have noticed snakes where I haven't seen them in the ten years we've lived in Lake Arrowhead, so hikers be careful out there.
