TAKING NO ONE"S SIDE HERE...I"VE GOTTEN FLAMED PLENTY FOR PAST POSTS AND DON"T CARE FOR IT.

If this kid IS running people off the road and leaving, I'd suggest calling 911 and asking to report a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident, WITH his plate #. That IS illegal. A few of those reports on file, and the problem would come home to roost with mommie and daddie, no matter how doting and possibly delusional about the angelic status of their child they may or may not be.

Also, he's pretty predictable as far as his to and fro school schedule goes, unless he's consistently ditching, which of course is truancy. Without engaging him or being a "stalker", use a video camera or cel phone with recording hi-def enough to get the license plate clearly to document his Ricky Racer antics as he runs other people off the road and endangers pedestrians. The proof is in the video, not the allegations, or the social posturing of the family's friends.

I spent endless hours teaching four children to drive responsibility and always reminding them around every corner could be ???? and accident? a child running to get a ball? a dog/cat? anything could be around that next curve. I am sure my children got the message that driving is one of the biggest privileges in their lifetime...so treat it with respect. I would like all parents to do the same.
