Coral sent me some great rebuilding pictures this evening. I'll try to convince Megan to get them on the Afterburner's site this weekend.

I didn't realize that she was tied up this weekend on a play. Now the goal is for the 2nd anniversary of the Old Fire. I tell you, if I could figure out how to hijack the site, I would. HTML just isn't my thing. By the way, your pictures are great!

Wow, Mr.Doetsch's cabin doesn't look anything like the original cabin! The current house has such a substantial, stately look to it. He must have great views of the creek from the upper level windows..

Castine, I think you were looking at Brian's house. Larry D's is one house down and has no upstairs. You will have to come back again and relook.

Yes, I do need a re-look! Soooo, is Brian's house the "Baboon House"?
Brian must have been the other gentleman I saw last Saturday. I had thought Larry's lot/foundation was closer to the bridge, but Cedar Glen has changed a lot in one year.
Things are becoming clearer and clearer to me.
Do you have photos of the Hook Creek area(not just of a house, but a more panoramic view)?

I'm UP HERE in Running Springs!
Not down in that Beautiful creek living enviroment that makes all of us jealous cause they aint no creeks where we live, just them darn tall tree where all them furry critters live.

No Brian of RS, not you. But you are welcome to visit! Brian Johnson built a beautiful large "French Chateau" and I figured that was what Castine was talking about. No problem, Castine. You just need to spend more time down there with us and bring your own beer!!

My assistant has been less than responsive to keeping informed of what is going on on the various chats. She's really a head case who can't keep her head on streight. Here's a photo of Regan. She's moving up to Cedar glen later in the month.

Great, Brian. Keep her away from the baboons, will ya?

When animal control comes up to check on the baboons (as stated on another thread) I wonder what they would think of the office assistant! Scary person.

Didn't she work at the local water company at one time?

You notice. Yes, Regan used to work at the water company.
