Hello Mountain Musicians-
My Wife, Daughter and I are moving off the mountain, loading a truck Monday and driving to our new place in Seattle. I like it up here to be sure but the winter was tough on Angie (my wife), my band is for the most part situated up there and my parents aren't getting any younger. My one regret is not having gotten out to jam with anyone but it was good at least to be able to meet a couple of you at the songwriters workshop and of course having a bit of a voice on this here website. I hope all of you are able to put some music together and make a go of it!
On another note I need a couple of trustworthy, strong, out of high school kids looking for about a half days worth of work Monday to help me load the truck. Some heavy items: Hammond Organ and Leslie Cabinet, Acoustic Bass Cab, Roll Away Tool Box, Heavy Ass Couch, Furniture, Records, etc... Anybody have some kids that might fill the bill? The Seattle area is amazing. Wanted to live there at one time myself. Landed in RS. I thought there would be less fog... Best of luck! And keep us posted!

Whatcha mean no EW&F up here? Most of the bandmembers live in Moreno Valley. (I guess that's not quite "up here", but close enuf to get the funk vibe!)

I'm looking forward to the move really, it'll be good to be nearer my family and (non-funky) band.
