Does any one have any ideas on a good place to take some photos? I went to the Arlington Falls and enjoyed the photography and the hike to the falls.

The trail to the summit of the Pinnacles is a good one for photography IMHO. Also the Round Valley area east of Big Bear.

Red Rock Canyon, 14 miles north of Mojave on Highway 14. Go to Hagen Canyon at the south end of the park. If you want closer, go to Silverwood Lake, pay an $8 fee and walk or ride the bike path. There are wonders all along the path. I was there most of the day. Unfortunately, we went there to paddle the canoe (and didn't because of wind and chop) so I didn't bring my camera. There are areas of Bush Poppies and burned Manzanita branches contrasted against water and sky that are amazing.
