I just found out about a meeting that was scheduled for tonight at the Hootman Senior Center to discuss OHV Route Designation within our forest.

Did anyone else know about this? It's too late for me to attend, but I'd like some info from others who might have gone.

This wass received after the meeting last night:

Here is the latest on the route designation process..

FYI - We are extending the time for sending in comments on the Route

They also had a meeting DTH earlier at their new headquarters building on Tippicanoe. Few showed up but they had lots of maps and forms and welcomed comments. It seems they are fulfilling a requirement, but pretty much know what they are going to do. There was to be a third meeting somewhere else I don't recall. We should hear the decisions by June 1 I believe they said.
