This whole thing is absolutely sickening.......I feel for all of you, Im sorry, I wish I could do something for you, however, have you tried contacting the press, especially The Press Enterprise, they love to investigate this kind of travesty, you all are in my prayers and thoughts.......

Thank you for your concern...believe me parents and staff alike have tried to get the Asset Managment firm investigated thru the FBI(Mail fraud...collected full tuition a year in advance) to the WARN Act (protecting employees from bankruptcy...six weeks notice). Our WARN act case is dragging on, as is the 401K's that were not funded although $$$$was deducted for those employees who joined. Crooks like these are quite clever in covering their tracks. I just have to believe in karma!

I can feel your frustrations, and I empathaize completely, Channel 4 has on their website, has a w onderful investigative area, I would sure try it.........ya got nothing to lose
