WOWEE!! That is a lot more than I got. I am making green tomatoes and yellow squash tonight. A little cheese and bread crumbs on top and yummy. Some of my "green" tomatoes were actually red inside and tasted just like a ripe tomato. They are good with scrambled eggs. Just put them in near the end as they don't need much cooking. Cut them up in slices or cubes or whatever suits you. Store the green ones in a cool place on shredded paper. Let them ripen a little slower.
