Wow, small world. We are about 10 minutes from Clearwater. I don't know if it is getting better. Our house lost about $30,000 since we bought it 2 years ago. I do not know what we are going to do with it. I never would have thought this would have happened when we bought. A lesson learned I guess. It is a buyer's market I keep hearing. Good luck with it though!

Kristie was indeed married to an Adams. She has a girl by that marriage. She is in Oregon and that's about all I know. My daughter talked to her yesterday and I believe she told her you were asking about her.

Gemini- that WAS funny! I don't usually watch the videos because I am on dial up in YV and it just does not come through very well. I have to have two phone lines so I can use my computer and my phone but no damn DSL or even cable. They do have Road Runner or Hughes but we aren't here enough to bother with them. Someday!

Before Kristie married Adams, she had a daughter with Deano Ishizaka who has been my son-in-law for about ten years. The daughter, Carol, lives with Deano and my daughter. I will certainly ask my daughter to give Kristie your email. I personally haven't seen Kristie in quite a while. I do know Carol and my daughter talked to her yesterday for Mother's Day.

Wow, I am shocked that Carol is not with her mom anymore. That usually does not happen to a mom. Not that a dad cannot be a good dad, because I know there are great dads out there. I hope that Carol is healthy and happy, and that things were not too traumatic for her. How long has she lived with her dad? What about her little sister? Is the littler sister still with mom? Gosh, I don't know what to say. How did the girls end up split up, if you can say at all? I respect if you cannot go into much on here. I know things were not great for Kristy last I saw her, but I was not aware of all of this. I was hoping that things would someday get better for her.

Rafi: your comment about skiiers being riff raff fits in exactly with the resort marketing itself as a ski resort for the "nearby slopes". They installed ski racks beside the main entrance and dedicated a van to haul guests up to Snow Valley 15 miles away. I wonder if trying to attract homebuyers by claiming an affiliation with Mt. Pali/Camp O-Ongo and the aspiring singing kidlets is working out any better? Any concert dates yet? Anyone had an offer from a camp parent?

Skiers are not necessarily riff raff. Ski areas attract riff raff, especially the ski area at big bear.
I'd be surprised if any skiers stayed at the resort, people with that kind of dough go to good ski slopes.

Carol has been with a few years. I don't know much about the reasons. She is a lovely girl and seems very happy.

Thank you so much for all of the information. Hopefully she will e-mail. I am just wondering how she is doing. It has been years, and I felt bad that last time Kristy and I were not able to connect as much in the end. Things were a bit hectic, but I wish her the best now and hope her family is doing well. We all have become older, and I am sure that our lives have changed a lot. Thank you for the information again! I am so glad that Carol is doing well also. She must be close to my daughter's age I think, and maybe they will meet again someday if we do ever move up there.
