I am totally, unconditionally P.O.'ed!!!! I stopped in to Goodwin's Market and explained the situation to one of the 'front end' managers. I asked if they could donate some bags for the fund raising effort....... I was told that the bags cost too much. YET, they continue to have a reference to the Bible on their receipt. Hmmmmmmm, it is OK for them to tell US how to feel, but, when WE come to them for an excellent cause they will not contribute.........

Moonchild! Please DON'T worry! There are so many people bringing (already used once) bags! I have a ton. Do you really need more?

Moonchild you are so sweet! I think the bags got real expensive after the floods in New Orleans as the factories were down there. Remember the stores did not have any for a while? Maybe we can all bring our own bags to the sale tomorrow?

This is an odd comment that's got me confused and bugged. Are people judged to be real Christians by how much and how often they give? Then if they are judged to be real Christians, then they're judged to be good or bad?

I personally don't give to anyone that has that attitude if i can help it.
