That was a pretty neat link amd it did infact say it was going to reenter the earth on July 1st however it predicted it to be closer to Seattle or BC area. Again neat link

disregard my last comment.
it seems my initial calculations were wrong.
So it was probably NOT the mainbody of the Russian rocket.
Therefore, i surmise that it was rock from the Beta Taurid meteor shower.
Perhaps it was also part of the Tunguska Event meteor stream?
