That chopper was probably checking out the report of smoke on Chateau. That's over by North Rd., right? They didn't find anything though, thank God!!!

The firefighters jumper on the fire with a lot of equipment and I heard on the scanner there was a great water drop from a helicopter. Thank You, Thank you, Thank You. You people are HEROS!

haven't heard and can't tell from the alerts, so I'm assuming it will take a few days. So scary...this one today, one in Cedarpines Park yesterday, Big Bear last weekend, and then some idiot trying to start one 2 weeks ago on the back side of 138 towards Silverwood...it makes it so I'm afraid to go down the hill or anything!
