Go here http://www.avast.com/ and download the free version. It should be able to remove the virus and will set up a realtime program that will catch viruses, etc before they can get into your system.

It is a great program I have been using for years. Never had a virus get past it (that I know of)

Rhubarb, I use the Geek squad @ Best buys-you can either go to the Redlands store or have them do a house call. They really know their stuff- even if you have Vista!
