Just a reminder about the 7:00 pm shareholders meeting. We all are wanting the same things this board gone and a new one from the community as well as new field and office employees as well. We can get the wages back to our 781 connections and actually have a rate decrease instead of an increase because of wages and no new clawa connection and no more corruption. So remember we will be handing out proxy forms for the recall and lets get our company and community back where we can all afford to turn on our water again.

Is ther an opening? As I hve previously posted, my wife and I both have many years of managing multi million dollar operations. We would be happy to help you guys out for 2/3 of what you are currently paying. Let us know. We are both retired and bored. Would love to have something to do that will also have the result of helping a mountain we have both lived in and loved for forty years.

PS- that wa a blatant self promoting post.

Old Guy: What certifications do you hold in the water industry? The position is not strictly clerical and maintenance of a water system is strenuous work. Could you do 2/3 of what is required?

RonCpp: Well Ron the office operations and field operations are 2 different operations. The water operations require lic from the state to run the treatment and distribution systems the office does not require any of those lic. What kind of lic did Terry Maible Have except a record of embezzelment?
Sent: Tuesday, October 27, 2009 04:26 PM
Why we are at it what lics to you or any other board member beside the president who works for the MWD water company have RonCpp?
Sent: Tuesday, October 27, 2009 05:30 PM
Ron, I have a lot of qualifications for running a business HONESTLY. Since you took it upon yourself to fix CG, I have taken it upon myself to help these folks fix CPP. At least I know where it is and have been there.
I a licenced manager is needed, I have an old friend who could do that part. We are discussing office operations.
I have heard you mention that you volunteer your time. Perhaps it is time for you and the board to un-volunteer.
Even with all your great knowledge of water company operations, it seems there is a BIG problem in CPP. Whose fault is that? The people who are stuck with the bills or the good ol' boys that have been mis-managing the operation?
The board is obviously the problem. Time to go.
That is just my opinion based upon what your customers are saying.
Perhaps you could enlighten us, since the customers don't seem to be able to get any information.

Oldguy: Your implication of dishonesty and lack of competence are uninformed and self serving. My comments on Cedar Glens woes were just like the rest of the posters comments on Cedar Glens woes. Your community water issues serve as an example of how bad things can go.
My service on the board has been an act of concern about very different issues in my community. Apathy has dominated for decades and yet we have made concerted effort to involve the community, to keep them informed and to correct past issues. Those involved in past issues are gone. Progress toward a complete reorganization of the company has been made. Some can't or won't see it and remain focused on what is important to them personally.

So let me get this right, Roncpp stuck his nose in Cedar Glen's water business and now Oldguy is doing the same to Cedarpines Park. I love Karma, thanks to both of you, this last month has been a good read.

Cedar Glen's example was not caused by a board of directors! Now CPP's Mutual Water can be an example that can be used for anyone wanting to try a Mutual.
