John Edwards has gotten a lot of mileage out of "Who/when are you going to endorse" including interviews on Larry King and an appearance on The Colbert Report with the edWord of the day.

I suspect the timing of his announcement was deliberately put after the WV primary to take the wind out of Hillary's sails.

As observed by Keith Olbermann, the timing at 5:15 pm took Hillary's victory in West Virginia completely out of the news cycle far earlier than her handlers had expected. To put icing on the cake he included a couple of interviews of Hillary supporters who said, "I don't like that muslim fella" and "We don't need no Husseins, I've had enuff of them Husseins".

Isn't it remarkable that these folks get to vote too? Just keep it in perspective when West Virginians vote contrary to most of the country and yet still gave Obama more delegates than Hillary. Those crowing in her camp about the significance of this one contest, need to be concerned about their credibility in their next campaign effort.

I think it was recent superdelegates that gave Obama more than WV. John Edwards can only suggest that his candidates support Obama, they are free to make their own decisions.

Actually, I heard something on the news this A.M. that I thought was humerous...the commentator stated that the "less well-educated people did not vote for Obama." It made me flash on some of the more frequent political posters and bashers on this site. Teehee
