I came up at 1600 and begain encountering snow at about the 4000' level. At that time Hilltop was blocked at Wagon Wheel with a large lowboy trailer and some poor schmuck in a U-Haul moving truck was stuck at Hilltop at the very top of Old City Creek with traffic backed up behind him.

Enough snow has fallen in the past hour that my wheel tracks on the driveway are completely covered.

Hi Mtn Lvr,

We just got home, we came up the 18 and stopped at the Story Book for dinner (great dinner), but the 18 sucked it was very foggy (or cloudy), but not nice.

We left Story Book about 7:30 and the drive from there to RS was icey and foggy. Not sure how the 330 is, but I would assume it is more of the same.

Be safe.

The 330 is a MESS!!!!! the traffic is at a complete stop right at the top passing lanes and many are putting thier chains on !!!!! and they are not in a turn out but in the 2 passing lanes!!!!starting at 400 feet it was moving very slowing at the top passing lanes it is a complete disaster. We cut over and went up live oak. There is no traffic coming across the bridge they are all stuck on the upper passing lane. We have lived up here for years and that was the most stupidity of flat landers I have ever seen. Two cars in front of us , the guy gets out and starts putting on chains. I step out of the truck to look because I can not believe he is doing that and all over people are putting on chains. I think I need a drink so I wont go out and kick a flatlander....
